PARTNERS

• EDGARDO MOLINO, Sr. has been involved in private and corporate practice for forty years. He is an expert on Mercantile and Constitutional Law.
• He has a vast experience in trademark and copyright matters, patent and trademark administration and litigation before the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court.
• Molino got a Bachelor of Law degree, with the highest honors, from the University of Panama, and a Doctorate of Law degree from he University of Madrid, Spain.
• He has given a great number of lectures in our country and several in other countries (Guatemala, The Netherlands, Chile, Argentina, Honduras, and Costa Rica) and has attended numerous seminars in different parts of the world.
• He was the Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Panama from l984 to l990 and is a professor of the same faculty since 1973.
• Finally, he also was a Justice of Panama Supreme Court from 1990 to 2000.
• LL M. EDWIN MOLINO holds a Bachelor of Law degree, a Specialization and a Master from the University of Panama. He is an expert on Law procedure and is a Professor of this course in the same University.
• He has given some lectures and published articles about the current problems of the Panamanian Constitutional and Trademarks Procedure.
• His litigation experience includes trials before the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court.
• He has prosecuted numerous patent applications before Panama Trademark and Patent Office, also He has been involved in trademark, copyright and patent prosecution and litigation.
• Edwin Molino is the President of the Panamanian Industrial Property Association of Attorneys.
• EDGARDO MOLINO, Jr. holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Panama. He has specialized in Administrative Law.
• Molino has more than fifteen years of experience in patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution and litigation. He has litigated before the
• Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court and has prosecuted many patent applications before Panama Trademark and Patent Office. Also, he works in some other legal areas like labor – management relations, aeronautics, taxes, immigration and corporation laws.
• He is trilingual in Spanish, English, and Italian.
• Molino is also a certified translator (Spanish – Italian, Italian – Spanish).
• CRISTINA DE MOLINO, holds a Bachelor of Law Degree and a Master in Commerce Law from the University Santa Maria La Antigua. She has worked from 10 years in the General D.A. Office and has extensive experience in Criminal Law Litigation.
• Her litigation experience includes trials before the Supreme Court, the Courts of Appeals and the Circuit Courts.
